Hotel Pearl Morissette

Pearl Morissette's second destination: a Collingwood restaurant with integrated suites and cabins, alongside the original in Jordan. Longridge acquires and builds out the property with Pearl Morissette as brand and culinary partner, then refinances and sells a stabilized, food-first destination.

Business strategy

A food-first destination, built in phases

The plan follows the Longridge playbook: secure a scarce, nature-set asset, reposition it under a proven culinary brand, add keys, and exit at stabilization. Dates and figures below update with the model.

Brand partner

Restaurant Pearl Morissette

Funding

How the acquisition and build-out are paid for

Equity and a first mortgage fund the close. A construction line of credit covers the build until the month-60 refinance, and partner equity is sized so that debt reaches the target loan-to-cost by construction end.
